From Grad to Guru...
All graduates who join RPS are entered into our 13-week intensive training programme that gives you the specific skills you need in a supportive environment where you can learn at a steady pace. With our extensive industry knowledge, we know what you’ll need to know.
Every topic we cover is fully explored by continuously building upon the theory by putting it into practice in a real-world setting, with our 4 stage process: classroom, staff shadowing, on-the-job training and evaluation.
Our training scheme has proven results with some of our highest performing team members coming from our Grad to Guru course!
Social Culture...
We know that businesses are nothing without their staff so we make it abundantly clear how much we appreciate our team’s hard work.
With the monthly Lunch Club, weekly spin-board prizes, holiday incentives, the annual Christmas party – we really pride ourselves in rewarding our staff for the great work that they do.
