Job Description
Production Facilitator
Are you a highly organized and proactive professional looking to support a dynamic production team? We are seeking a Production Facilitator to coordinate the efficient flow of materials and finished goods throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor work orders to ensure production aligns with customer requirements.
- Coordinate between manufacturing and order fulfillment to manage overruns and delays.
- Collaborate closely with shop schedulers and production teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks in the production process.
- Maintain clear communication across departments to support efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working with all levels of plant personnel.
- Physically able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Ability to manually load/unload pallets and lift at least 25 lbs.
