RPS Is working with a heavy industrial equipment manufacturer in their search for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, to lead high-impact projects and inspire a talented team of engineers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What’s on Offer – Manufacturing Engineering Manager:

  • Competitive Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 with a 10% bonus.
  • Relocation Support: Assistance provided for out-of-state candidates.

 

Your Responsibilities – Manufacturing Engineering Manager:

  • Manage and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering team to support current and future product lines effectively.
  • Oversee multiple capital projects from concept to implementation.
  • Plan and install machines, tools, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, implement solutions, and support innovative manufacturing methods.
  • Partner with design engineers to evaluate and enhance new product designs.
  • Assists Design and Project Engineers, external customers, and manufacturing team members to resolve product-level issues from production.
  • Participates with Design Engineers to discuss and evaluate new product design or re-design and manufacture.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in project management is required
  • Experience in heavy industrial equipment manufacturing is preferred but not required.
