$180,000 – $240,000 + equity + benefits | U.S. Citizenship or eligibility required

Its products include hydraulic valves, manifolds, pressure control devices and actuation systems designed for demanding environments across the full product lifecycle.
The Principal Mechanical Engineer – Hydraulics & Actuation is a senior technical leadership role responsible for driving product development across fluid control and actuation systems. You will own products from concept through qualification and into production, working closely with engineering, manufacturing and customers to deliver robust, certifiable solutions.
You will operate in a high trust engineering environment where technical expertise, ownership and collaboration are critical to delivering complex products at pace.
As the Principal Mechanical Engineer – Hydraulics & Actuation your responsibilities will include
- Leading the design and development of hydraulic valves, servo valves, actuators and fluid control systems
- Translating customer requirements into robust, manufacturable engineering solutions
- Driving product development from concept through qualification and production
- Supporting testing, validation and certification activities in harsh environments
- Leading failure analysis, product improvements and sustaining engineering
As the Principal Mechanical Engineer – Hydraulics & Actuation you will bring
- Experience designing hydraulic, electro-hydraulic or fluid control products
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, sealing, materials and actuation systems
- Experience within aerospace, defense or high-performance industrial fluid systems
- Ability to work across engineering, manufacturing and customer teams
- Strong technical leadership, problem solving and communication skills
