Human Resources Business Partner | Aerospace Manufacturing

Our client is a growing, technically complex manufacturing organization undergoing a deliberate transformation of its HR function. They are seeking a high-impact Human Resources Business Partner to help move HR from a traditional support role into a disciplined, value-creating business partner.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role reporting directly to the HR Director, ideal for an HR professional who thrives in accountability-driven environments and enjoys working closely with leaders to deliver tangible outcomes.
Key Duties of the HR Business Partner
Business Partnership & Leadership Influence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing clear, candid HR guidance aligned with operational and financial goals
- Build credibility and trust with leaders and employees to drive engagement, accountability, and performance
- Challenge leaders when needed, using data, policy, and business impact to guide decisions
Talent, Performance & Workforce Execution
- Drive rigorous performance management practices, including coaching, development planning, and corrective action
- Partner with leaders on succession planning, talent assessments, and high-potential development
- Support workforce planning and organizational design to ensure the right skills, structure, and capacity
HR Transformation & Change Leadership
- Contribute to the design and rollout of lean, scalable HR processes
- Optimize HRIS usage to improve data accuracy, reporting, and service delivery
- Lead and support HR initiatives and projects in close partnership with the HR Director
Employee Relations & Risk Management
- Proactively manage employee relations matters with a balanced, business-minded approach
- Ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws to minimize risk and ensure fairness
- Partner with leaders to resolve issues decisively, appropriately, and efficiently
Data, Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities
- Translate data into actionable insights leaders can use
- Continuously evaluate HR practices against internal standards and external best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link people decisions to financial and operational outcomes
- Confidence influencing and challenging leaders using facts, data, and sound judgment
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results
- HRIS experience required (ADP Vantage HCM strongly preferred)
- Manufacturing or aerospace experience strongly preferred
