Are you an HR Business Partner who wants real influence? Not just a seat at the table, but a voice that shapes real decisions?

Do you believe HR should drive measurable business results, challenge leaders constructively, and directly impact performance, productivity, and profitability?

Our client is a growing, technically complex manufacturing organization undergoing a deliberate transformation of its HR function. They are seeking a high-impact Human Resources Business Partner to help move HR from a traditional support role into a disciplined, value-creating business partner.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role reporting directly to the HR Director, ideal for an HR professional who thrives in accountability-driven environments and enjoys working closely with leaders to deliver tangible outcomes.

Key Duties of the HR Business Partner

Business Partnership & Leadership Influence

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing clear, candid HR guidance aligned with operational and financial goals
  • Build credibility and trust with leaders and employees to drive engagement, accountability, and performance
  • Challenge leaders when needed, using data, policy, and business impact to guide decisions

Talent, Performance & Workforce Execution

  • Drive rigorous performance management practices, including coaching, development planning, and corrective action
  • Partner with leaders on succession planning, talent assessments, and high-potential development
  • Support workforce planning and organizational design to ensure the right skills, structure, and capacity

HR Transformation & Change Leadership

  • Contribute to the design and rollout of lean, scalable HR processes
  • Optimize HRIS usage to improve data accuracy, reporting, and service delivery
  • Lead and support HR initiatives and projects in close partnership with the HR Director

Employee Relations & Risk Management

  • Proactively manage employee relations matters with a balanced, business-minded approach
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws to minimize risk and ensure fairness
  • Partner with leaders to resolve issues decisively, appropriately, and efficiently

Data, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Translate data into actionable insights leaders can use
  • Continuously evaluate HR practices against internal standards and external best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link people decisions to financial and operational outcomes
  • Confidence influencing and challenging leaders using facts, data, and sound judgment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results
  • HRIS experience required (ADP Vantage HCM strongly preferred)
  • Manufacturing or aerospace experience strongly preferred
