Job Description
CNC Grinder Operator
Farnborough
Up to £25 p/h
Days 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
RPS are currently working in conjunction with a global aerospace manufacturer who are looking for a CNC Machinist to join them following a period of growth within the business.
CNC Grinder Requirements:
- Experience with Grinding
- Must be self-sufficient & able to Set and Operate multiple machinies
- Demonstrable (3yrs+) experience in an aerospace or other highly regulated production environment preferred
- Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team
CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating using grinding machine tools & controls working with a variety of aerospace super alloys
- Responsible for maintaining production output, cycle times & all associated production documentation
- Perform TPM & 5S duties within the department
- Support quick turnaround innovation tasks
- Become an active team member contributing to driving waste elimination and cross- training within department
