About the Role
s a CNC Lathe Operator, you will ensure parts meet high-quality specifications while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll operate CNC machines, perform routine inspections, monitor equipment, and ensure that production runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to meet specifications
- Load raw materials and parts onto machines and conduct quality assurance tests
- Monitor and maintain machine output, making tool adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with requirements
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment and keep your workspace clean
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of experience as a CNC Operator (3+ years preferred)
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is a plus but not required
