Principal Recruitment Consultant

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities would include:

  • Developing new and existing business within technology markets

  • Mentoring more junior staff members in best practice

  • Making use of technology platforms to deliver an efficient effective service to our customers

  • Market mapping and business development activities

  • Headhunting within niche technology markets in the UK, EU and US

  • Interviewing candidates to ensure suitability for roles and target organisations (supported by candidate engagement.)

  • Attending relevant industry events

  • Working collaboratively with other internal stakeholders (Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, etc.)

  • Evolving client relationships into exclusive/MSP/RPO/Project based accounts.

  • Attending client meetings / virtual meetings

  • Enjoying yourself and celebrating your success and the success of the team

What we look for in our Principal Recruitment Consultants:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Motivated / Goal Oriented

  • Positive attitude and a desire to succeed with a proven track record in winning

  • Ability to lead and mentor in a supportive and collaborative manner

  • Proven track record or winning market share in your chosen area of specialism

  • Demonstrable experience of winning projects of work on an exclusive / retained basis

  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, resilience, and perseverance

  • Willing to fully invest yourself in the role and work hard to reap the rewards
