The responsibilities of the Lead Quality Officer will be as follows:

  • Responsible for supporting the QA Manager with planning, organising and conducting duties related to the site Quality Management system
  • Act as management representative delegate for the QMS related tasks
  • Maintain and continuously improve site quality management system to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for the company products
  • Internal & External audits
  • Review and Approve non-conformances
  • Ensure Quality of incoming materials
  • Work closely with RAQA management


What you will need to do the job:

  • Ideally have a degree within a relevant field to the company or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working within a QA department
  • Experience of working within the medical industry with experience of working with an ISO 13485 quality management system
  • Experience with the MDSAP
  • Experience of deputising for management in their absence
