As Head of Hardware Engineering, you will:

  • Hold responsibility for all engineering aspects of medical device development
  • Providing direction alongside senior management to ensure appropriate allocation of resources
  • Play a key role in strategic planning, reviewing development to maintain and drive quality
  • Manage your team of elite engineers, helping them reach their full potential whilst preserving the company’s culture through a critical stage of their development

As Head of Hardware Engineering, you will have demonstrable experience of managing, developing, and growing a team with the ability to deliver products applying high-level embedded software to a market-leading standard throughout the entire process. You will have experience and knowledge of how to build medical devices and have worked in a quality management system. Ideally you will also have knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 and of Systems Thinking/Engineering, Lean and Agile methodologies.
