Client Engagement Manager

Responsibilities of the Client Engagement Manager position:

 

- Development of existing client relationships across several accounts

- Engagement with HR and Hiring Manager contacts with existing client accounts

- Management of recruitment activity and relationships of any third-party / sub tier recruitment organisations

- Wherever possible, attend client’s sites to manage recruitment related issues, demonstrating a physical presence and strengthening stakeholder relationships

- Achieving personal revenue targets from each specified client account

- Management of internal Technical Recruitment Consultants supplying into the specified industry or client accounts

- Ensuring each Technical Recruitment Consultant achieves their personal revenue target via the opportunities delivered from existing client accounts and their personal new business activities / KPIs

- Collaboratively working with the Candidate Engagement Manager and Delivery Team to ensure the required volume of suitable candidates is acquired

- Ensuring all high value, recruitment-related information is derived from internal operations, existing client accounts and any other medium

- High value information is to be delivered to the Business Development function to enable growth of potential future client accounts within the specified sector

 

Key attributes / experience required as the Client Engagement Manager:

 

- Educated to degree level, or equivalent aptitude / experience

- Ability to communicate on varying levels with senior and junior stakeholders both internally and externally

- Intellectual ability to digest, understand and discuss highly technical vacancy requirements and skillsets

- Must have the gravitas to hold senior level and technical conversations with clients and candidates

- Demonstrate the ability to grow positive relationships across client accounts

- Demonstrable success in negotiation, positive influence and driving pro-active solutions to issues

- Must be target driven, organised and have demonstrable success in exceeding performance and revenue targets

- Ability to listen, understand, empathise and formulate collaborative relationships 

- Must be proficient in IT / Microsoft packages
